RETURN & REFUND POLICY — BloomLashes™
Due to the nature of lash products being cosmetic items, all sales are final for hygiene and safety reasons.
We do NOT accept returns on:
• Adhesives
• Lash trays
• Tweezers
• Primers/shampoo
• Any opened or used items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect
We will replace it free of charge.
To request a replacement:
1. Email support@bloomlashestore.com within 7 days of delivery.
2. Include your order number and photos of the damaged item + packaging.
We will send a replacement as soon as possible.
